What did you like best?

Their honesty. Josh presented us with three campaigns all of which were great. The first was soft approach the second somewhat edgy. The third really pushed the envelope. I was leaning towards option three, which was the agency’s top recommendation. Josh made it clear to me while option three would be most effective, I’d have to know I’d get at least a few complaints. We decided to go for it and it worked out great. And, yes, we did get an earful from a few cranky people. But as Josh predicted not one complaint was from a targeted consumer.

What did you like least?

That buying air time is expensive. If we had a bigger budget would have loved to turn the radio ads into a TV campaign.

Describe your overall experience.

I am the chief medical officer for a large healthcare corporation. I oversee all marketing, advertising, and digital assets. Several years ago, we made the decision to invest in a cutting-edge piece of medical machinery. It was a financial investment, but one that we hoped would help us break into a tattoo ablation, a major growth industry in the medical services field. Division of Labor’s positioning statement, company name, logo, radio campaigns, and social media campaigns helped establish our offices as the premier place for safe effective results. They literally put us on the map.
