I received a lot of promises with poor delivery of services. I paid Carritta (Creativity Juistified) in full and did not receive a completed website. I am still having issues impacting my business from her lack of integrity, concern, and follow through. This has been the most disappointing and painful experience I have had in business and I'm ashamed to say it has happened with a black-female owned business.
