Literacy Pittsburgh engaged Covalent in February 2020 for an impact video along with two shorter pieces. We chose them because they could provide us with full-service support and their past work demonstrated the energy and vibrancy we hoped to communicate for our brand. We had just collaborated on a vision for the project and were excited to begin when COVID shut down our state. Nick and Jeff helped us to craft a path forward with professionalism, flexibility, and a careful eye toward safety. I was extremely grateful to have them with us on this journey through uncharted territory. Communication was top-notch even though, by necessity, the project took longer than any of us expected. The final videos expertly condense our complex mission to its essence, and elicit happiness, tears, and pride--eveything we could hope for! It was a pleasure to work with Covalent on this project.

Covalent's team is all very in sync with one another. You can tell that collaboration, communication, creativity and respect run deep within the company culture. Throughout the production process you can talk to different people at different times, and they will all be aware of what someone else is doing and when they are doing it in regards to the project. That comes from project management where people listen and care. And that's what you get when you work with Covalent—a team you feel really cares about you, your client and and the product they are delivering.

The team at Covalent has exceeded my expectations in every way. From candid, creative, thoughtful brainstorming through execution and delivery of the highest quality product. Every step of the way was exceptional. If given the opportunity, I will jump at the chance to have Covalent tell our story through their extraordinary production. Just a side note...the first project we did together, a hurricane prohibited the ability for anyone from our organization to be at the shoot. All responsibility, all decisions, and the entire project fell firmly in the lap of Covalent. As a Marketing Director (and a self-admitted control freak) this was terrifying. The result was consistent communication from the team, frequent updates, ongoing dialogue about what was happening on site and the result was an award winning production that I'm incredibly proud of. II can not recommend them highly enough. 10/10
