What Makes Us Different?

There are 3 main tenets our business is built on: Customers, Experience and Education. For customers we provide excellent customer service and when a project is completed we have processes in place to receive feedback on our site, on Google and on Shopify. We find that the best way to demonstrate expertise is to show off our previous work, for example the content marketplace we built: Content Runner has been a tremendous door opener that helped us win new projects. Education is a big focus for us in 2017, we have created a free eCommerce Growth Group that offers marketing strategies, content guides, audits and a private Facebook group for merchants. These 3 pillars of our business will be self-reinforcing, the more we give back, the more customers we receive.
