I got another one of those “we are marketing experts” messages on LinkedIn asking me to sit in on a call. As always I don’t listen to sales pitches on the phone or video unless they can’t prove why they are worth my time. Well this lady had Rob Harrison reach out to me. He sent me a video on where I was lacking in SEO, what keywords I wasn’t ranking good at, what company was at the top, and a plan to get #1. He then proceeded to tell me where I’m at his services would be too expensive and wouldn’t be a good starting point. I was so impressed by the way he handled things I gave him a call to tell him that was the first time a company impressed me like that when they knew they would get money from me. He proceeded to explain the video and gave me more advice moving forward. If this is how they handle customers that don’t pay them, I can only imagine how things are handled when you become a customer. You all set the bar really high. GOOD JOB!
