1. Empathize & Define
We're firm believers in stepping back and finding focus in the "Empathize & Define" portion of our process. We'll dive deep into understanding your business, products, services, people, and your consumers. From there we employ a number of different design thinking tools, with a focus on storymapping to help define the opportunity.
Once we've developed that deep understanding we'll create numerous ideas, concepts, storyboads and looks pending your budget, focus, and timing. We'll consider delivery channels, campaigns
We'll narrow down the possibilities and focus on a select few concepts and create multiple iterations.
Everyone's favorite part. Within this step exists the production and development of the creative. Long days on set, editing, reviews, and final approvals all exist here.
For our more involved campaigns we'll use digital research tools (A/B testing, pilots, digital ethnographies etc) to test our hypothesis throughout the process at key decision points as well as testing channel optimizations (social, traditional, paid-digital).
