Great service. They came on the scene early in 1997 offering the first "finder" services. We used them to find a new agency when we ourselves were new. We liked the combination of automated front end coupled with the human assist in the second phase. They weren't pushing us to do anything a certain way but suggesting the best paths to take. We've suggested to our business associates that they too use the service and they have.
