My 220 site has been live for one year and reliably delivers $1MM each month in new business. I laugh when I hear LOs trying to purchase leads when I get mine delivered at no cost to my email and text. Throughout the past year my AE Ian and his team have customized multiple portions of my website to best suit my business and communication preferences with buyers, agents and advocates. The systems work smoothly and is an irreplaceable component to my business' success.

I have to say after about a year of working with the team at 220 marketing there is no doubt I made the right choice. I used to use EZLynx for my website. over 4 years they did almost nothing to improve my digital presence and performance. Today we're top of class in my area. Ian Lenehan. is pretty much my digital success 'coach'. This involves a wide variety of marketing and online support . All included included in the service. Some times the job is done completely by the experts with my input or automatically without it. I have my business to run. I don't want to have to be a self study to implement strategy. There are monthly updates along with 'anytime' live support provided. as needed when needed. Sadly in today's world of technology live human interaction is almost non-existent. It's considered to be unnecessary or it's 'off shored' to save operating costs. Don't settle for that kind of provider buisness model. Use 220 Marketing and see the difference in a matter of just few months.

Ian is a great marketing Coach because in addition to having a proficient understanding of the technical side of the Business, he also really cares about the personal success that I'm attempting to achieve. He's prepared for all of our meetings, and communicates well through out to make sure we have a clear action plan each month. I have enjoyed working with him, and look forward to doing so as we act out our online marketing plan.
