Five (5) years ago we selected Exigent as our trusted IT partner, and boy are we pleased that we did! CanAm is a small business, and we did not have the proper resources to maintain servers, deploy software upgrades/patches and keep up with evolving technology. Exigent worked tirelessly with us over the years to transition our in-house IT environment to cloud services either hosted in their environment or a 3rd party provider such as Microsoft. All this work really paid off when COVID hit – it was a real-life test of our contingency plan. We were able to seamlessly have our users work from home almost instantly. We also have a dedicated CTO (Frank) who is very knowledgeable, always available, and just wonderful to work with. He puts himself in the client’s shoes and works to ensure the solutions we are moving toward meet our business requirements.
