Overall it was a great experience, I highly recommend their services, and have to many business associates, and even my own Dad for his business. Unfortunately M16 was not the first company we went with or the second, which turned out to be a very expensive mistake with others that we tried before finding them. I definitely recommend their services! As a business owner every dollar you spend is precious, and the money you spend with them, in my experience, was very well spent. Don't waste any more time looking at other companies, these guys are great, highly recommend!

The team at BitxBit has responded quickly and effectively when we have a problem come up, or when we need to procure new equipment. Robert, Rusty, and Joseph as well as all the other techs are always available to answer questions or look at issues and get us back up and running as quickly as possible. BitxBit helped us save money by getting us away from a T1 circuit and switch over fiber as well as getting all our computers upgraded to stay current with security standards. At the same time, the Team converted our phone systems from a PBX style to a new VOIP telephone system with modern features. We signed our agreement with Reliable Technology Services in July 2018. Our project included all new cabling throughout our offices and manufacturing plant, Cisco network switches, new Cisco firewall, web filter, new UPS devices for severs, backup software for the servers and 16 new desktops configured and data migrated. This was a huge undertaking we have never experienced prior. Jason and his team were excellent to work with, very courteous and professional. Reliable worked within the time frame that was outlined and the project was completed on time. The difference between our prior IT services and Reliable is unbelievable. Reliable has done such an amazing job in getting everything switched out and moved to a new environment with very little down time. When we need any type of service, we put in a ticket and we get an immediate response. We had not worked with a customer service ticket environment before, but have been very surprised how well this system has worked for us. We have been assigned a team member that has been with us since the project began, they know the system in and out and are able to handle any situation that has arisen. Meriplex—it wasn’t that hard to keep us a happy and loyal customer! The IT company you acquired, CPI Solutions, did it seamlessly for years. When Meriplex took over, service plummeted immediately. We were never assigned an account manager, meaning there was no point of contact, no accountability, and no one ensuring our needs were met. Response times became unacceptable, and unresolved issues piled up with no clear resolution. The breaking point came when Meriplex left our entire company down for over eight hours due to a botched firewall transition. Their team was completely unaware of the change and had no plan to resolve it. After hours of waiting with no answers, I had no choice but to seek another IT provider, who fixed the issue within minutes. When I raised my concerns, I was met with silence and indifference. I escalated multiple times, but my complaints fell on deaf ears. And now? Instead of acknowledging their failures, Meriplex has trapped us in legal disputes over termination fees they refused to disclose upfront. They deceptively got us to sign a new contract by bundling existing services into a cybersecurity proposal—without making it clear we were committing to an entirely new agreement. These fees were never mentioned during our 60-day transition period but conveniently surfaced only after we had fully exited their services. Meriplex represents everything wrong with IT acquisitions. CPI Solutions ran a highly responsive, customer-first operation for years. Meriplex had one job: Don’t break what was already working. Instead, they have shown zero accountability, poor service, and predatory contract practices. If you’re considering Meriplex, learn from our mistake and look elsewhere. We would have gladly remained a long-term customer had they provided even a fraction of the care that CPI Solutions did—but instead, they drove us away and are now trying to squeeze us for fees.
