I think Logic Data has provided solid aid in implementation. I think improvements could be made in turnaround time on issues that go in to support queue. We receive responses when tickets are opened and we get an email but no one follows up and it usually takes weeks to hear back. Too often I am having to reach back out to find out the status. From an implementation and knowledge base, everyone in Logic Data seems educated and familiar with the software and provides great value...when training is going on.
