We hired Dedicated Developers to help us build and design both hardware GPS sensors used in the transportation industry as well as the web application and mobile apps to monitor the sensors. They were able to bring the total cost of each unit down by 21%. They were creative while building the prototype sensors, which they were able to do quickly within a couple months. If you go with a template, make sure it is a good one and it may cause problems and not meet your expanding needs. If you go with a custom design, make sure you know what might be involved if you upgrade or wish to add a plugin later. I went with a custom design and am glad about the results because of the talent of the designer.
