Lounge Lizard is a great company to work with! When we started looking for a website company to design our new website, Lounge Lizard's work spoke for itself plus they were very clear on the process. We looked at other providers, but the designs were elevated when it came to Lounge Lizard. The project process of getting the new site up with all the content was fluid. They use a great collaborative tool that made the process easy, and the meetings kept us involved and up to date with all edits. The finished product was exactly what we wanted. The team at Lounge Lizard are the best! Everyone we worked with was easy to work with and super helpful, even after production they still assist us when needed. We couldn't be happier with the choice to have them as our website designers!

They did not help us achieve anything. They tanked performance for currently running campaigns, and any new campaigns they launched did not perform well. They were included in our RFP process because they claimed to have expertise in both B2B marketing and Healthcare Tech marketing. We quickly realized they had neither. Instead of working to optimize campaigns, they continued to increase the target cost per acquisition, causing the quality score of one long-running successful campaign to drop from 8/10 to 2/10 and increasing our CPA of $20 to over $300. They would ask us for advice on how to optimize campaigns in our weekly calls. We handed over a massive amount of reading materials. Everything they asked for - buyer personas, messaging framework, competitive intel. It seemed like they never bothered to read any of it because, after nine months of working with us, they still didn't understand our audiences or products. That was an issue that could have been solved with them just trying a little bit. What could not be solved was the fact they didn't know how to manage paid search campaigns. If you don't know anything about digital marketing, they might be able to fool you. Their team of paid search managers needs training, plain and simple. I had to spend several hours going through the work they did and making notes on how to fix the poor performance - that's what we hired them to do! Fortunately, we are experts in digital marketing, and we just needed people to execute the work, so we realized quickly that they were not helping our business and, in fact, making the situation worse. We did not stay with them for the entire year. They made us pay for one additional month when they didn't do any work and called it "offboarding." They also pad the hours and say they did a lot more than they actually did.

Our company recently went through a large corporate rebranding, requiring the creation of 3 new websites that required some complex design principals and a custom platform for our employees to access securely. I’ve worked with dozens of agencies in the past, but my experience working with Ruckus stands out as one of the most successful agency partnerships I’ve ever had. From their initial proposal to execution and follow up, I was consistently impressed. My company worked with them on some major corporate initiatives that revolved around re-branding (which included the creation of a new logo, brand guidelines, and numerous print and digital materials for B2B marketing) and building out a new corporate website. Ruckus’ team is extremely organized and process-oriented, and I felt that they delivered support and value well above what I was expecting based on our agreement. I was particularly impressed by the early brainstorm sessions where they were able to pull valuable information out of some of our more reticent executives and turn that into a fully-formed vision for our corporate brand. I also appreciated the excellent communication, support, and “can-do” attitude that I witnessed in our day-to-day interactions. I’m very Type A and can be a demanding and difficult client, but they were always receptive to (and patient with) my feedback, edits, and shifting priorities. They have a lot of talent on their team, and they do a very good job of bringing in the experts for each piece of the puzzle (for example, we worked with different team members for different types of projects or different stages of the process). All the while, I always felt as though I was their only client – which is important to me, because nothing is worse than getting a stellar sales pitch from an agency and then seeing the service fall off either immediately or down the line.
