UpCity Certification Explained
Creating and maintaining a profile in the UpCity Marketplace is always free. For B2B service providers who want to get even more out of their profile and listings, including increased visibility and additional partner features, we offer certification at varying tiers.
How is my Certification Tier Determined?
Every Certified Partner has access to the features of Certified Pro, helping you build your recommendability and crediblity. Features include profile enhancements to showcase your work, priority list placement, an UpCity Dashboard review, white glove review recruitment, participation in our guest posting program, access to UpCity’s Reputation Management tool and much more.
Your Certification Tier is determined by the number of lists you are certified for, the size of the local market your business occupies, the services that you offer, and your overall growth objectives.
Depending on these factors, a Certified Partner will fall into one of four certification tiers: Certified Pro, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, with Diamond being the highest possible tier.
All service providers listed in the UpCity Marketplace undergo the same evaluation and eligibility process, regardless of certification status. Detailed information about our evaluation can be found on our methodology page.
