Overall Experience

Having HCM as my back office and extended business partner has been a total success. HCM has enabled me to take advantage of my Staffing highs and helped me to survive the lows of the Pandemic/Recession. During one of my highs, HCM were able to on-board 7 top notch consultants (from 5 different States) within a 10 day span without a single hiccup. My business was decimated in the Pandemic, but having HCM as my partner meant no lay offs or furlough situations. As I only pay HCM when I have business I can treat my HR, Payroll and Legal functions essentially as a part of my "Cost of Goods Sold". I consider my HCM partnership a terrific differentiator for my business. Both in terms of the high touch candidate experience they bring, and to my corporate client's when negotiating and finalizing MSA's and SoW's.
