We have engaged F12 as our managed IT service provider for 5 years. It has been one of the best and smartest investments we have made - and as a NFP, quality and peace of mind for value, is critical. They have provided 'soup to nuts' when it comes to the support they've provided us in the technology realm - assisting us with our strategic planning and needs, contributing to development of our organizational policy and procedures, training, ordering, help desk, and the list goes on. They have been a true partner in the successful functioning of our organization. I have always felt like they have our back.
