We brought Cience in to help build a B2B sales playbook and department for our traditionally B2C ecommerce company. There was a gradual build up, but I believe they have booked more qualified appointments than we may have been able to anticipate over time. It is important to trust the process, and let them do their thing. That being said, Cience has always been open to our feedback and suggests proactive changes whenever they say the opportunity. Their cold email open rates were always super impressive, and I think a key factor in success. Financially, continuing a partnership with Cience is not feasible for us past this initial year of service, but they did a great job giving us the tools we need to continue from here.
