What did you like best?

I were referred to Zivoke for our internal Training requirement. Like the way they had prepared for the workshop. Understood the audience and what would be most important for us to know in Salesforce. Lab exercises were detailed and well planned. Like them for coming on board quickly and getting things done in no time

What did you like least?

there was not much to not like about . the team was very cooperative and worked with urgency

It has been good in all aspects. Now are in the process of working together for another project. Happy to recommend Zivoke. They clearly know their subject.

What did you like best?

Professional and thorough Technical folks with good customer success attitude. Like the way they go an extra mile to delight customers.

We appreciate how they deal with Technical issues and put it across to us in Business Terms. Dont have any regrets working with them.

What did you like best?

Project - Desk.com migration to Service Cloud. Like they way how they went to details and prepared the project plan. It was an aggressive project plan as we did not have the luxury of time. Yet they meticulously delivered the migration. Absolute professionals and Highly technical people were involved from their side to steer the migration. Outcome was a more sophisticated and clearer Salesforce Service Cloud environment.

What did you like least?

Nothing and I recommend them for all Service Cloud related work, they know what they are doing.

Describe your overall experience.

During the migration all our Service Desk agents were given lab excercies to get clear understanding. And after the migration we all were trained on the end state.

My organization worked with Zivoke to help us better understand how we can use Salesforce for our needs when it comes to entering donations and donor information. They were very accommodating to our (sometimes crazy) schedules, patient, and great at explaining the answers to our questions. We mostly worked with Sunil, who was very friendly and patiently walked us through different operations via screen share. Salesforce can be a very frustrating and overwhelming database to work with, and the guys at Zivoke helped us understand how to make Salesforce serve our needs. I would definitely recommend them!
