Vivial has provided our company with excellent customer service. Our account manager, Tiffany, has been a pleasure to work with and she has an amazing track record of being extremely punctual to our monthly conference calls.

What did you like best?

Becky at Vivial gets 5 stars from me. She goes above and beyond to ensure we are getting the most out of our advertising needs. She has increased the traffic on our website and continues to strive to find ways for us to advertise our company. Becky calls us to see if there is anything we need or that she can do to better assist us. I can tell in our conversations she is sincere and is always working hard to ensure we are getting the most out of advertising needs.

I really appreciate that Cheyenne Walters sets up phone appointments regularly to go aver the progress we are making.

The only problem we had was getting our emails up and running, but we had that fixed within a day.

Working with great people like Ayesha. She has always been promo and very helpful. She checks in with me weekly for updates to my menu and changes to my availability .

Cheyenne and I have a very good relationship and she is extremely professional and knows what she is doing and how to maximize the time we spend together on a monthly basis. Our chats are brief (but that's a very good thing) and to the point and after each session, I have more ideas and helpful hints on what to do to help Whittemore Sprinkler Company show up in more places and get more reviews and feedback.
