Becky at Vivial gets 5 stars from me. She goes above and beyond to ensure we are getting the most out of our advertising needs. She has increased the traffic on our website and continues to strive to find ways for us to advertise our company. Becky calls us to see if there is anything we need or that she can do to better assist us. I can tell in our conversations she is sincere and is always working hard to ensure we are getting the most out of advertising needs.

What did you like best?

Luke from Vivial was very helpful in increasing my knowledge of SEO and really tackling what it is that we needed to do to increase traffic to my sites. I love that we have regular phone calls set up, not only do I feel taken care of, it motivates me to do more marketing (especially blog posting) on my own which I had neglected. We also talk over the keywords that are pertinent to my business, as well as new trends in search. He is very organized and consistent in calling; he gets back to me within a day with answers to questions. He even spent extra time to contact my website programmer asking her to add a couple of things to my site to help increase SEO. He's very knowledgeable and kind, I highly recommend working with him!

What did you like least?

There are a few things about the Nearsay site I don't love.... I wish the articles that were written for me were more authentic, they require some editing. It was also a bit strange that they had Kings County, NY down instead of Brooklyn, NY. Although Brooklyn is in King County, most people who search in Brooklyn don't know that.

The Dashboard is a great tool to stay organized with all aspects of the marketing program. The representatives are extremely knowledgeable and personable.

Corey from Vivial contacted me regularly when starting up the campaign. I was on the phone with him a few times a week until we got things rolling. VERY on top of it.

I wish we could regularly update our website somehow in your guys easy to use dashboard. I would personally like to update offers and wish we could add photos.

The fact that we can go to the dash board and do 1 post and it go to all my social media at one time instead of having to do each one separately.

The only thing to complain about is the price. The price is always the issue when you do advertising. I know that it takes money to make the money.

It’s been a good experience working with Rhianna Wyss and Emily Ginty of Vivial. They welcome questions, provide plenty of opportunities for phone conferences, and work to explain their business to the layman.

I like the personal attention I receive from our representative Cassie! She understands our business and works hard to taylor her services to benefit our business. She always is giving suggestions at ways to increase our presence and marketing reach. I highly recommend her!

I do not have anything that I do not like. The platform we use has been fantastic.

We have Corey helping us and it had berm fantastic. Taking on such a big project was made so simple by Corey. Anytime we need assistance he was here to answer his calls. He always gives us an update on how we doing. We have no complaint.

The simple fact that Amy & Kelsey will go above and beyond to make sure our goals are met!!

What did you like least?

It took a few tries on the blog to establish the style and format we were looking for but all in all still very good experience!
