Response time - updates to the website are often done in a couple of hours, and they always beat their stated deadlines for projects. These guys are a true 'Team' with specialists presiding over each aspect of their business which gives you extra confidence that each job is done with exceptional attention to detail. Tickets are created from each job, and closed out when goals are met. Their professionalism is a cut above.
We didn't reach our goals with our PPC campaign, but this was largely due to unrealistic timelines on our end - we wanted to do too much too fast, and it just wasn't realistic. We're still learning the cultural rules of our specific market, and we had more to learn in PPC than in other areas.
Exceptional - response time, communication, their ticket system for fixes... everything is top notch. Will continue to use them for all our web-based needs with zero reservations.
