During our search for a new website designer, we came across Black Flag Creative. We immediately knew they were the one as their work was clean, simple and easy to maneuver. The initial planning meeting was extremely helpful, and they covered all bases including a schedule with milestones, industry standards we should consider and their vision for our site based on industry research they performed. Throughout the process they have been flexible and met every timeline. They’ve stayed in regular contact with us throughout the process, meet all timelines and mostly importantly, they listened to us and our ideas. Their work has been nothing less than superb and they have a lifelong customer with our firm.

I have worked with Black Flag Creative for over 4 years now. They showed great desire to listen to our needs, goals and priorities and then developed a website structure to fulfill those requirements. When it comes to creativity, their team is knowledgeable and offers a great deal of design concepts too with examples that helped us visually see a concept as well. The progress of creating our new website as well as maintaining the fully functional one was done in the most professional manner with attention to details, in timely manner and within budget.
