I sent a payment of $1243.00 on June 19, 2019 for a logo design ($600) and vehicle wrap design ($500) for my business. We met with Andrew on June 21, 2019 to discuss the design process and what our ideas were for the logo and van design. He gave us a delivery date of 1 week. We patiently waited for 3 weeks until he gave us the first draft. We requested additional designs and a set of minor modifications on the final design we chose. In between those 2 requests, another 4 weeks goes by! There was constant following up and long periods of no response from him. We needed to launch our business and he caused us to miss our deadline. After we received the logo, we still had to wait for the vehicle wrap design. On August 12, 2019 he advised the vehicle wrap design was in progress and would be ready within 4 days. After following up he then lets us know that he cannot deliver on the vehicle wrap design which was on August 20, 2019. From then until now, he has not issued a refund with many repeated attempts to contact him via phone and email. He acknowledged a refund would be issued and he would enquire about it on September 18, 2019 but still no refund. He took our money and did not do the agreed work and now does not want to return the funds!
