It was a very collaborative process, during which we iterated on the designs and general layout of the site. We asked Datalink Networks to perform a free review of our Microsoft O365 environment. They performed the task and provided us with a very nice report, including an executive overview of our 365 environment, specifically validating our licensing utilization. There were no strings attached with this review. However, we found the Datalink Networks team to be extremely professional, friendly, and caring. Daniel Daughtery was exceptionally great to work with! So, we engaged with them further for additional work, including migrating our Microsoft O365 licensing from self-paid to Datalink Networks as a channel partner. This allowed us to combine all our licensing into one instead of six invoices to pay, and they were also able to provide us with some partner discounting. We then purchased some additional Barracuda Email protection applications from them, as well. I have worked with numerous vendors and resellers over the years, but Datalink Networks has simply been a joy to work with and one of the best partnerships that we have entered into in the past few years. CCP took over managing our IT in January 2023 after a disastrous experience with another provider. Almost immediately after beginning our contract, Chrome stopped supporting Windows 7 (which 99% of our machines were), and we were forced to replace all of our machines and complete temporary fixes to maintain critical business functioning while planning for that transition.
