Since the team was already managing our IT system before the project, they were already very familiar with our system and didn’t need to do much research. They helped our internal team determine the best file structure for us, so we were able to organize our files which are decades old. Eventually, we got to a good place where we could efficiently transfer to SharePoint and OneDrive, so Total Networks trained us on how to use those platforms. The whole process was easy, and the cutover went smoothly. It was scary to undergo such a significant change, but our internal teammates had no adverse reaction to the transition.
