By following your suggestions on equipment, security, data backups, power backups and operations we’ve NEVER had a major hacking or loss of our data. That to me is a very impressive record. Now don’t get me wrong, we’ve had some rather loud discussions about our operations and what is best for us, but with your training, almost every time your suggestions have been not only time savers, but in the long run financially sound for us. Something else that we have benefited from is your call-in service for minor problems. Your staff is respectful and has found work arounds when conditions seem impossible.
