As a theater company we are constantly making changes for each season & they are always ready to help in a timely manner. The responsiveness is very impressive. Craig is a true expert in both Mac and PC, which is great because we have both at our company. He is able to quickly resolve any problems we may have which is great considering how quickly technology changes and keeping up with those changes can be difficult.

We hired CyberDuo to managed our servers and infrastructure. Their customer services is fast, very communicative. The level of expertise it great. We sometimes call them in the middle of the night and they still have people to support us. Their cybersecurity engineers were able to detect and mitigate all the threats immediately. CCP took over managing our IT in January 2023 after a disastrous experience with another provider. Almost immediately after beginning our contract, Chrome stopped supporting Windows 7 (which 99% of our machines were), and we were forced to replace all of our machines and complete temporary fixes to maintain critical business functioning while planning for that transition. The CCP team was incredible and walked alongside us every step of the way. They were patient, helped rebuild trust with employees despite the mounting frustration, and worked to deploy our new machines as quickly as possible once they arrived. We still have a lot of work to do, but CCP has proven to be a true partner and we trust them to guide and support us as we start the next chapter.

We've recently transitioned to Exigent for full service technology integrator services. The project manager and engineers were knowledgeable and responsive. Planning and communication was excellent. The transition was very smooth, resulting in little downtime for our team. And we came in pretty close to budget. Support services to date have been strong. Overall a great experience - highly recommend the team.

We had to move most of our office staff to remote connections once the COVID lockdown started. We started having a lot of problems that our It service couldn't get fixed. We found IT Support on Google and they did a remote security and network scan for free and gave us a report. That's when we found out how bad our old IT was. We switched and Yuri and his team at IT Support LA fixed everything. They're quick, responsive, and we couldn't be happier.

Total Networks went above and beyond to facilitate a seamless transition that was positively received. The communicative team provided constant updates to ensure that they were on the same page as the client. Supportive and helpful, they even trained the client's team on how to use their new system. Total Networks helped us be entirely reliant on Microsoft 365. First, we discussed the project scope and defined our requirements. Since the team was already managing our IT system before the project, they were already very familiar with our system and didn’t need to do much research. They helped our internal team determine the best file structure for us, so we were able to organize our files which are decades old. Eventually, we got to a good place where we could efficiently transfer to SharePoint and OneDrive, so Total Networks trained us on how to use those platforms. The whole process was easy, and the cutover went smoothly. It was scary to undergo such a significant change, but our internal teammates had no adverse reaction to the transition. Overall, they did a fantastic job. Our team was very happy with how the project turned out. Total Networks was super supportive — they helped us figure out the best way to manage our files and how to be efficient but cost-effective. Overall, Total Networks went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. We were always on the same page, and we had a very good working relationship.
