Jack oversees the Customer Success Team at UpCity, supporting clients across our Marketplace, White Label Services, and Agency Software products. As a business dedicated to helping our clients grow and scale, UpCity relies on the Customer Success Team to effectively onboard, support, and service clients while ensuring each business’ growth goals are met and exceeded. Outside of work, Jack can be found sipping good coffee, riding a bike, or testing out ways to do both at the same time.
