Survey: 72% of Workers Agree that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are Important to Them in Their Workplace

Of those, 80% of respondents said they ‘Strongly Agree’ that diversity is important to them at work.
UpCity conducted a survey of nearly 800 employees across a wide variety of industries in the United States and Canada asking for their opinions on diversity in the workplace. Seventy-two percent of respondents said they either “Agree” or “Strongly Agree” that diversity, equity, and inclusion are important to them within their company, with the vast majority being in the “Strongly Agree” camp.
