Product Update: UpCity’s NEW Reputation Management Add-on
We’re excited to announced our latest product release, the new Reputation Management add-on which allows you to manage company reviews across 15+ top local directories.
This new feature, available today, compliments UpCity’s mission to help businesses elevate their local online presence. As an all-in one local inbound marketing platform, the Reputation Management Add-on will help current and future customers manage their local online reputation all within one platform.
For agencies that manage multiple local marketing campaigns, this feature provides the ability to see what people are saying on review sites and how to easily provide those insights and act accordingly. Review sites are becoming significant word-of-mouth marketing channels for local businesses and need to be actively monitored and managed.

Inside the App
As you navigate through the dashboard, you will see a section labeled “Manage Your Reputation.” This is the area of the app that will walk you through the process of claiming your online presence and “listen” to what your customers are saying about your business. All reviews will come into the system as a new task for review as shown below.
Within the reporting tools section you will find a “Reputation Summary” where you can view a quick snapshot of a business’ review summary. For agencies that manage the reputations for your many customers, this is an easy way to report on review activity by campaign and date range – also send great looking PDF reports to customers!
Also within the reporting summary you will find a view that shows each directory, the review and rating analysis associated with each.
Lastly, the review detail with the reporting section shows you the exact review from the directory which links right to the source. This information can also be exported for easy sharing.
The Reputation Management add-on starts at $25/per campaign for Basic subscribers, $20 for Pro, and is discounted to $15 per campaign for ProPlus and Enterprise subscribers.
For clients to add this feature, you can simply activate in the Manage Campaigns or Reporting areas of your account.
