Product Update: Automated Reports Is Now Live!
More exciting news on the product front – we just released our new Automated Reporting feature. Within the UpCity platform, clients can now configure and send PDF reports to their customers on a predetermined schedule and include their favorite UpCity reports.
These schedules can be set up on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and include any and all of the UpCity reports that are available in the Reports area. All of these reports can be white-labeled and come from an non-UpCity email address. Based on input from our customers this will take what can be hours of reporting time and preparation into a few minutes of setup. This feature is available to customers utilizing our new ProPlus and Enterprise agency packages.
The Automated Reports can be configured in the Reports section of each campaign as shown below.
Creating a new schedule and editing existing schedules is extremely easy. As you can see in the editor below you have many options around customizing the email and the PDF that gets delivered to your customers.
As for the final PDF, it combines all of the reports selected into a consolidated PDF with a cover page (shown below).
