I’m extremely excited to announce that this past Friday we released a number of new features and functionality related to our reporting area. Based on feedback from our SMB and SMB agency customers, we rolled out these various items:
New Activity Summary Report
PDF exports/downloads for all reports
Improved Date Range selection tool
White Label of all reports via PDF
A more detailed description of each of these features can be found below.
Activity Summary Report:
We’ve heard feedback from a number of our customers that they we wanted a consolidated view of all the tasks completed for a particular site. It’s finally here! The new Activity Summary Report (shown below) displays the total tasks and points accumulated for a site over time to show the overall progress of a site. It can be found in the Reports area and is the last report listed in the sub-menu. The default Date Range is set to the last 30 days but can easily be changed to see any period of time (more on that below).
PDF Downloads & Improved Date Range Selector:
Because of this rollout, all of the reports in the system are now available via PDF! Now our small business and SMB agency customers can easily export any report in the system and share as needed. The PDF Export is available at the top right of every report (as shown below) and launches a new tab in your browser where your report can be easily saved or printed.
If you’ll notice next to the PDF export button, we have improved the Date Range selection functionality. This update can be found on the Keyword Rank Analysis, Link Analysis and Activity Summary Reports. For each report, the range is defaulted to the last 30 days but can easily change to the last seven or 14 days. You can also select a custom range by hitting the calendar button. We hope this makes it a bit easier to quickly look at the reports over various ranges.
White Label/Branding of All Reports:
Last and certainly not least, you can now put your own company logo and brand all PDF reports in the system! This has been one of our largest requested items especially by our web design/SMB agency customers. Before uploading your logo into the system, all PDF exports are defaulted to show the UpCity logo. By going to your Account Settings > Manage Branding area (shown below), you can upload your company logo.
Once a logo is uploaded, all PDF exports going forward will replace the UpCity logo with your company logo and make it easy to share the report with your customers (example below).
Stay tuned as we are working on a number of new features and functionality. Please let us know your thoughts on these new reporting updates or any feedback in general in the comments below. Thanks!
