Keyword SEO Quick Tip

It’s no surprise that we target ‘do it yourself seo’ — happy to see we’ve got page 1 SERP! But the next step for me is to look at ‘related searches’ listed at the bottom of the page:
How does this help?
It allows me to see popular variations of my targeted keyword. I can simply click on the ‘related searches’ links to see how I rank for those, I’m often surprised by the results. The other advantage is that I can quickly view competitors (or those that the engines think are competitors) in my space.
Our SEO software targets and tracks five keywords but you should definitely try to rank for others that are relevant to your small business.
Take a few minutes to review your targeted keywords today. You’ll get some great marketing intelligence and maybe a few ideas of new words to focus on.
