Background on Galaxy.com
Galaxy.com is a web directory for small businesses that was created in 1994. As your online presence continues to grow, you’ll want to start submitting your link to directories like this one. Quality web directories categorize, describe and link to useful websites. They are a great source for permanent, relevant links to a website that provides a service to customers.
After submitting your site, a Galaxy.com editor will manually review your submitted site. Galaxy.com no longer offers free listings. Rather, you’ll have to pay a one-time fee of $299.95 in this massive database.
How to Submit Your Site to Galaxy.com
Step 1. Start at Galaxy.com.
Step 2. Go to “Submit a site” at the upper right hand side of the page.
Step 3. Pick the category in which you want to submit your business listing. You have quite the array to choose from.
Step 4. Next, feel free to submit your site under a relevant subcategory. If you don’t have a category in mind, however, continue by clicking “Submit to ‘X’ Directory.”
Step 5. You’ll get an overview of the guidelines along with the fields to enter your Billing Information. Finish all the fields and click “Continue to Next Step.”
Step 6. Fill in your business information to the best of your ability. Then complete the process. You’ll receive an email confirmation and receipt of your purchase.
