How to Optimize Your Email Signature

Step 1. Start at WiseStamp.com.

Step 2. Click “Claim Your Free Signature Now” in the middle of the page.

Step 3. Begin by customizing your email signature. Fill in your full Name, Company, Website, and other necessary fields to the best of your ability. Next, upload a professional photo to your signature. You can view changes made in real time, so don’t worry if you make a mistake entering your information.

Once complete, hit “Ok, I’m Done.”

Step 4. You are then prompted to install the WiseStamp extension to your current browser. Allow your browser to install the extension to continue.

Step 5. Next, choose the email service you want to integrate with WiseStamp.

Step 6. Once you sign up, you’ll be able to add your custom-made signature to your emails. Enter your email and a memorable password, and click “Sign Up.”
