As you move through the steps to list your site on Manta, be sure to follow the directions carefully and to fully complete the profile process. This important rule applies to Manta.com as well as all directories that you submit your site: Make sure your business information is consistent and correct across all your local directory listings, especially your business name, address, email, phone number, and website.
After you provide your contact information and address, a verification notice pops up with a phone number and reference code. You will need to call the provided number and give the reference code to prove the accuracy of your information. This brief phone call is the last step to complete your Manta listing. As soon as you verify your business with a Manta team member, you are driven back to the business profile. You will receive a “verified by Manta” badge on your profile.
Once the profile is verified, you’re invited to add more details, such as products and services, logo, business category, website, company contacts, membership, social media accounts, post an update and much more. The profile area also offers a free of charge and easy-to-understand Marketing Toolkit to enhance your listing.
