Jen brings an interdisciplinary approach to design, believing every experience deserves to be as clear & understandable as possible. Prior to UpCity, she has held leadership roles in marketing, development, and user experience. When asked why she choses to wear so many hats, “Because it all relates—you have to understand the whole process before you can cater an experience strategy to any specific need. Or beyond that, a specific brand.” When she’s not working, she’s probably dreaming about cars.
