Question One: What is the significance of Jelly created by Twitter founder Biz Stone?

Our Response: Launched earlier this month, Jelly  can be used to answer questions using images and people. Sticking to Jelly’s motto of “Let’s help each other,” the app encourages users to complete three main actions: follow friends, pay it forward, and ask questions with pictures. Answers are often immediate. Why not sign up for Jelly and experiment with it on your own or for your business? Overall, first impressions on the application are quite positive so far.

We encourage you to download Jelly on your mobile phone, and share your first impressions in the comments section below!

Question Two: Gmail and Google Plus have announcement a partnership that is confusing me. Have they merged all our connections, and should I be worried about my privacy?

Our Response: On January 10, Google sent out an email announcement proclaiming that users can write an email to someone they don’t know with the help of Google Plus. How would this process work exactly? Gmail produces email suggestions through your Google Google Plus Email UpdatePlus connections! Although you may not have an established email history with a Google Plus connection, you can still send an email using this new update.

This update will benefit your business because you can connect with and reach more people. Google is clearly looking to continue pulling out all the stops for Google Plus in 2014. We are excited to see its continued expansion in the coming months. However, we do understand your privacy concerns and hope Google continues to address the confusion surrounding the news.

If you are worried about privacy issues, you have the option to turn this email option off. You can filter messages from a specific person, and the email can be organized into the social category of the inbox.
