Question One: How do I get more reviews for my website?
Our Response: Assuming you already get a steady stream of traffic, feel free to reach out either in person or online and ask customers to review your business. Most of the time it takes a simple ask, and you’ll have your review.
If you’ve asked for reviews in the past and haven’t seen any responses, try framing your request in a way that benefits the customer. Tell them why you want reviews for your product or service. Is it to better understand their needs? Is it to open up lines of communication for better customer service?
Be clear in your intentions, and we’re certain you’ll be receiving reviews in no time.
Question Two: How important is it to implement schema markup into my business website?
Our Response: Schema markup is still incredibly important to your website. It’s the HTML code that allows you to label your site for identification by search engines.
Here’s a great post on the significance of schema markup.
Consider the competitive advantage you’ll have over site owners who neglect schema markup — it’s a lot — enabling you to build more targeted traffic.
