Our Agency wanted to bring more awareness to the services we provide to our military career seekers byway of a series of 3 marketing videos featuring veterans who've transitioned from military life into a new career opportunity utilizing an apprenticeship program. Marc listened and delivered. He first wanted to learn about who were are, what we do, and why. He then wanted to understand the military transitioning mindset and challenges, so that he could provide a message of opportunity beyond the uniform and what that opportunity looks like from the voices (perspectives) of the women and men who have 1st hand experience and knowledge of transitioning and the benefits of choosing an apprenticeship program as a career path. My professional background began in the Marine Corps and my entire adult life has been centered around the military community for over 30 years. I've worked as a military transition manager for over 15 years and have been party to the production of numerous military success story videos but none have hit the target as the one's produced by Lightbox Filmworks. Marc and his fantastic team of professionals managed our expectations from the beginning and maintained communication throughout the process. They made what seemed like a wish list of ideas into 3 videos that exceeded our expectations. They ensured we were apart of every step of the process, continued to ask questions and asked for feedback. Nothing was off limits to ensuring they were delivering the product as it was envisioned. Most importantly, my leadership is happy. The videos are the first of their kind to be used by a state agency and we're extremely proud of the results. I had such a positive experience working with Travis. From the jump, I was shocked by how comprehensive and affordable his services were in comparison to other vendors in Portland. He was so flexible with me as we kicked off the process without having the full details of our video project. He worked with my team's processes and call sheet templates and made the pre-production planning super seamless. On the days of the shoot, he and his production assistant made the environment super comfortable for the talent and made on-the-fly updates to the script and teleprompter as needed. The final delivery of the videos ended up being way more than we initially scoped, but he worked with my team and collaborated throughout all of post-production. I just emailed him this week to schedule the next group of videos for my company. I'm so grateful that we found a video partner that we can trust!

Working with Vacano Solutions has been wonderful for my small independent business. They are very experienced and professional and have made creating a professional online presence and marketing materials a breeze.
