The transition was very smooth, resulting in little downtime for our team. And we came in pretty close to budget. Support services to date have been strong. I started working for my company a little over a year ago. I needed an IT vendor that would start filling my IT needs. I started with Datalinks where I met Brian and William regarding our Office 365 licenses. This was the start of an amazing relationship with Datalinks, the response rate is very fast. The communication with Datalinks is exceptional, the way Datalinks is very transparent when I need better pricing. I have multiple projects already completed with Datalinks and I give Datalinks my needs of the hardware and they send me the exact quote for what I need but then the best part is then Datalinks sends me also their recommendations on what I can add on and why. Datalinks is always looking ahead in our projects needs for example what if we need to grow and we need more later on, they will cover the future growth. I have worked with Steve, William, and of course Brian. Amazing people to speak to and amazing to how easily it is to speak to them any time throughout the day. I love this vendor and we are going from a medium size company to eventually being an enterprise. We are looking to keep working with Datalinks as our company grows.

We had to move most of our office staff to remote connections once the COVID lockdown started. We started having a lot of problems that our It service couldn't get fixed. We found IT Support on Google and they did a remote security and network scan for free and gave us a report. That's when we found out how bad our old IT was. Our company deals with numerous files, backups, and websites, and we required an IT partner to manage our infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of all our systems. IT Specialists has been our IT Company since June of 2000, and I can honestly say is the oldest vendor we have. The phone company, cable company, even the power company has changed in that period. Our offices have expanded, personnel increased, and billing multiplied many times, yet we’ve found no reason to change our IT service. There is a simple reason for this, the SERVICE offered by your company. Other media companies we deal with are constantly having problems with the IT equipment, we on the other hand have had very little. Being a National Advertising Corporation it’s important that we are never in a down mode. I’ll wager our total downtime has been less than a total of 1 full day over the 23 years you have been our supplier. By following your suggestions on equipment, security, data backups, power backups and operations we’ve NEVER had a major hacking or loss of our data. That to me is a very impressive record. Now don’t get me wrong, we’ve had some rather loud discussions about our operations and what is best for us, but with your training, almost every time your suggestions have been not only time savers, but in the long run financially sound for us. Something else that we have benefited from is your call-in service for minor problems. Your staff is respectful and has found work arounds when conditions seem impossible.
